White Elephant Safaris offers a two-bedroom cottage with a large veranda and open-plan kitchen, or a private bush camp with 7 thatched en-suite chalets. Each chalet has overhead ceiling fans. The cottage includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and swimming pool. Both options have air conditioning and private bathrooms.

White Elephant Safaris offers game drives, rhino tracking, and research activities with experienced field guides. Water-based activities include fishing and boat cruises on Lake Jozini. Guests can also use the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and hiking trails. No self-driving is allowed on the reserve.

The property is inside the Pongola Game Reserve Wilderness, overlooking the reserve and Lake Jozini. The Golela border post into Swaziland is a 40-minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is 300 km from the property. Road conditions to the cottage can be rough, and signage is poor.
